Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't I see camera info for my PNG?

EXIF metadata is a JPEG-specific feature. PNG and other formats don't store the same camera/exposure data, so only file size and dimensions are shown for those.

Is my image saved anywhere?

No — the uploaded file is read to extract its metadata and is not kept afterward.
